STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

All quotations, orders, invoices, and transactions between The Solid Shop VN and the customer shall be governed by the laws of Vietnam.
An order shall become effective once it is confirmed by The Solid Shop VN through a quotation, sales order, email, message, invoice, or any other valid electronic means.
The customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate information necessary for production, fabrication, or 3D printing, including but not limited to design files, drawings, dimensions, materials, colors, quantities, and other technical requirements. The Solid Shop VN shall not be liable for errors, defects, inaccuracies, or other issues arising from files, specifications, or instructions supplied by the customer.
For 3D printing and custom fabrication services, the customer acknowledges and accepts that the final product may contain reasonable dimensional tolerances, visible layer lines, and minor differences in color, surface finish, or material characteristics due to the nature of 3D printing technology, selected materials, and design features. Such characteristics shall not be considered defects where they fall within normal technical tolerances.
Prices, service fees, fabrication charges, taxes, delivery charges, and other applicable costs shall be stated in the quotation, sales order, or invoice issued by The Solid Shop VN. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the customer shall make full payment within the payment term stated on the quotation, sales order, or invoice.
In the event of late payment, The Solid Shop VN reserves the right to suspend production, delivery, or further performance of services until all outstanding amounts have been fully paid. The customer shall be liable for late payment interest and any reasonable costs arising from delayed payment, in accordance with the agreement between the parties and applicable Vietnamese law.
The customer must inspect the goods or services upon delivery or completion. Any claim regarding quantity, type, visible defects, or other apparent discrepancies must be notified to The Solid Shop VN within 03 working days from the date of receipt of the goods or handover of the services. After this period, the goods or services shall be deemed accepted, except in the case of latent defects that could not reasonably have been discovered at the time of delivery.
For custom-made, made-to-order, or personalized 3D printed products, the customer understands and agrees that once production has been confirmed, started, or completed, the order shall not be cancelled, exchanged, or returned, except where the defect is directly attributable to The Solid Shop VN or unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The customer warrants that all design files, images, trademarks, models, content, or other materials provided are lawful and do not infringe the rights or legitimate interests of any third party. The Solid Shop VN reserves the right to refuse or suspend any order that contains unlawful content, content contrary to public morals, or content that may infringe intellectual property rights.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Solid Shop VN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of revenue, or loss arising from the customer’s misuse of the product, use for unintended purposes, or defects resulting from the customer’s design or specifications.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with transactions between The Solid Shop VN and the customer shall first be resolved through good faith negotiation. If no resolution can be reached, such dispute shall be submitted to the competent court in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, and shall be governed by the laws of Vietnam.
