Click Scan Duplicates. The tool surfaces likely matches based on name and company. Open the merge wizard. You see two records side-by-side with conflicting fields highlighted in yellow. Pick the correct phone, email, or address for each conflict. Click Merge. The tool combines the records, links all past opportunities and invoices to the surviving contact, and archives the duplicate.
