Add timestamped notes to any Odoo record with one keyboard shortcut

Your sales rep is mid-call with a prospect who mentions their budget cycle ends in Q2. Your support agent hears a customer mention a workaround that fixes a common issue. Your warehouse manager notices a supplier shipped the wrong SKU again. Right now, your team has two bad options: interrupt the task to open a form and log the detail, or trust they'll remember it later. Most choose option two. Most forget. Quick Note Popup gives you a third option. Press Ctrl+Shift+N from anywhere in Odoo. A lightweight popup appears. Type the note and hit Enter. The note attaches to the CRM lead, support ticket, purchase order, or inventory move you were viewing — timestamped, attributed to you, visible in the record's chatter. If you weren't on a specific record, it saves to your personal Notes app menu for later triage. No switching tabs. No opening forms. No losing the thought. Your team logs details the moment they happen, not when they remember to circle back.
