You open a new lead. Smart Tag Suggester scans the company name, description, and notes, then shows you 3-5 tag suggestions based on similar records you tagged before. Click to apply. Ignore if wrong.

Works on contacts, leads, opportunities, and products. Suggestions appear the moment you open a record. No setup. No training period. The addon starts suggesting tags once you have 20+ tagged records in a model.

Your sales team stops debating which tags to use. Your product catalog stays consistent because the same product types get the same tags. Marketing pulls segmented contact lists without cleaning data first.

Suggestions improve as you tag more records. Turn off suggestions for any model in Settings. Tags stay in Odoo — no external service stores your data.
