This addon runs cleanup rules on autopilot. You define the threshold once (archive contacts inactive 18+ months, purchase orders closed 3+ years, leads lost 2+ years) and the system handles it nightly or weekly. Records move to archived state — never deleted — so you can restore them if needed.
You get an email log after each run showing what was archived. One-click rollback if you archived too aggressively. Works on contacts, leads, opportunities, sales orders, purchase orders, products, and projects.
Most teams start with a conservative 24-month rule and tighten it once they see results. The addon skips records with open invoices, active subscriptions, or recent activity to avoid breaking workflows.
